The use of tablet computers as a stimulant tool for teaching and learning (T & L) in class is a recent innovation in primary education. The use of computers in the T & L process is also strongly recommended by the Government of Malaysia as the education system now requires a computer literate generation. In this study the multimedia language game software for vocabulary mastery and translation surah al-Fatihah has been developed. The content of this software is based on the syllabus description of Islamic Education subjects by Ministry of Education Malaysia (KPM). This software development process uses the ADDIE model. The development phase requires some software to develop Smart al-Fatihah (SaF) multimedia software. Among them are Xcode software which has been used as programming software in developing multimedia software. In addition, Adobe Photoshop CS3 software is used to design and generate interfaces and graphics involved. While in modifying and producing audio, the Audacity software has been used. This software will operate using iOS. Assessment of developed software is implemented by experts and teachers of Islamic Education on aspects of content, multimedia presentations, application of PPBK concept and user satisfaction.
