Monitoring mushaf Al-Quran is essential to maintain the sanctity of the Al-Quran. Therefore, any re-publication manuscripts of the Koran requires the approval from the Board of Control and Licence Al‐Quran printings (LPPPQ), Ministry of Home Affairs (KDN), Malaysia. Unintentionally errors in writing, printing, and compilation in the re-publication of the manuscripts of the Koran may cause the society to wrongly construed the meaning of the Koran and may lead to misleading the understanding of Islam. This problem could result in disharmony in the Muslim community. There are two types of manuscripts are available in Malaysia, there in the form of books and also digital. However, in the market, there are also manuscripts that have not approved for publication from LPPPQ. Therefore, it is essential to have a review the validity of manuscripts process to assist LPPPQ to overcome this problem. The conventional approach used by LPPPQ is to use experts who are proficient in the Qur'an. However, the rapid pace of technology necessary to transition the technology with the use of computer technology. Therefore, a framework and Tashih mushaf Quran (TasMuQ) system have been successfully developed in our research. This proposed framework will process images of manuscripts Al-Quran text obtained from the website or the camera. This framework is named as TasMuQ where this framework will describe how manuscripts images are processed to extract information about manuscripts writers, publishers, years certified by KDN that can be generated. This framework will provide a guide to system developers who want to develop or expand this TasMuQ application.
