The solution of poverty issue in the light of Islamic law

The importance of this research lies in the fact that poverty is one of the most important issues facing the world, especially the Islamic world. This paper aims to answer the following questions: Does Islamic law play a role in the development of the world economy? How well does Islamic law reduce poverty in the Muslim world? And on what basis does the Islamic law play a role in solving the problem of poverty? The researcher used the method of the library and the analytical to reach the goal of this research. Divided the research in three section, first with the issue of poverty in the world, the second on the concern of Islamic law with the issue of poverty, and the third section on some of the Islamic law that tried to reduce poverty, and concluded the research with its results and recommendations.
