The fatwa in Europe; identification of reality and looking to the future : A case study of Britain.

This research aims to clarify the Fatwa reality in Europe by focusing on the Britain model. Indeed the Islamic presence in Britain is historic and there are many Fatwa institutions that differ variably.
This research will focus on two questions: 1- What is the reality of Fatwa in Europe, especially in Britain? 2- What are the mechanisms of innovation of Fatwa in Britain?
I will follow the inductive and deductive methods, and it will reach to these outcomes:
- Diagnosis off the Fatwa reality. 2- To define the fault paths.
3-To identify opportunities for innovation of Fatwa. 4- To drafting an integrated project.
يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان الواقع الإفتائي في أوربا من خلال تسليط الضوء على النموذج البريطاني؛ إذ يعد الوجود الإسلامي في بريطانيا أقدم من غيره من الدول، وكذلك فإن المؤسسات الإفتائية لها انتشار واسع بمسميات مختلفة.
وسيجيب البحث عن سؤالين: 1/ ما هو الواقع الإفتائي في أوربا عموماً وبريطانيا على وجه الأخص؟ 2/ ما هي معالم الابتكار والتميز في العمل الإفتائي البريطاني؟ وكيف يمكن تطوير العمل الإفتائي عن طريق ابتكار مسارات جديدة؟
وسأتبع في بحثي هذا المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي، والاستنباطي المعرفي، وسيصل بنا – بمشيئة الله- إلى النتائج الآتية:
1/ تشخيص الواقع الإفتائي بعناية فائقة. 2/ بيان مسارات الخلل الحاصل. 3/ التعرف على الفرص المتاحة للابتكار في الفتوى. 4/ صياغة مشروع إفتائي متكامل.
